Full throttle ahead for agency’s latest commission

One of the top three providers of motorcycle insurance in the UK has appointed a South Devon agency to bolster its online presence and communication style.

Torquay-based DNA Advertising will work with MCE Insurance’s in- house design and web development team to provide specialist input on its “personality”, copywriting and online marketing, in order to build better brand awareness and customer loyalty online.

DNA’s managing director, Jim Green, said: “We approached MCE earlier this year with an online marketing strategy, which we believed could help them transmute their customer retention drive onto the web.

“It turned out they were thinking along very similar lines and, before long, a partnership was born.”

As well as creating a tone of voice, DNA will produce all of the content for the new MCE website, providing useful information and advice on issues faced by bikers in the UK and when travelling overseas. The site – www.mceinsurance.com – will go live next month.
